Designing the Conditions for Human Capability
My work as a learning designer, facilitator and consultant is grounded in over two decades of learning science and design experience across higher education, workforce development, and international contexts. The core mission of my work is to help institutions, teams, and organizations design learning that develops real human capability.

Through workshops, consultations, and presentations, I weave together threads from learning design, cognitive science, facilitation, and emerging technologies to help create the conditions that people can grow into. I begin with what's already growing and cultivate the conditions for human potential to be realized.
